This policy only covers the caryliahealth.com website. Data processed by CARYLIA SafeVault inside a healthcare facility is the responsibility of that facility, as controller, and of the documentation provided at deployment.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, organisation, work email, and optionally job title, phone, country and message, as well as the type of request. Do not send any patient data.
The website sets no analytics or advertising cookie, uses no tracker and loads no third-party resource (fonts, scripts, videos).
Why, and on what basis
- Answering your request, arranging a demo, reviewing a pilot application or sending you the pilot kit: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
- Sending you an automatic acknowledgement: same basis.
Who has access
Your request is sent by email to CARYLIA’s contact mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland). The form is served from an OVH server (France) through Cloudflare. These providers act as processors; any transfer outside the European Union by one of them is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is neither sold nor transferred.
The service receiving the form keeps nothing: it forwards the email, and its logs contain none of the data entered.
How long
Three years from our last exchange, then deletion — or the duration of a contract if your request leads to one.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, and obtain a portable copy, by writing to contact@caryliahealth.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or France’s CNIL (cnil.fr).
